Dream Herb Tea

This herb (Calea zacatechichi) has been used by the Chontal Indians of Oaxaca (Mexico) as an aid to lucid dreaming for divination purposes.

Many people find that consuming tea made with the leaves of this herb may help to facilitate vivid dreams that are easily remembered.

 To use simply make a tea from approximately 2g of leaves steeped in hot water shortly before bedtime.  If you find the taste bitter add sweetener to taste.  Our Kava Honey is a perfect sweetener for this!
